How to Refund / Cancel Reservations for Your Guests

Refunds and cancellations are made easy in RoverPass. Here’s how to do it.
 
To Refund (along with Cancel if you need to), follow these steps:
 
Step 1: Go to the reservation you need to refund or cancel and click on the Refund/Cancel button.
 
 
 
Step 2: If you need to refund, fill out the amount you need to credit to the camper’s card.
 
 
Step 3: If you also need to cancel with your refund, then click the toggle and choose the reason why.
 
 
Step 4: Click Submit and then you’re done! The guest will recieve an email and text notification that they've received a refund. If you cancelled the reservation, they'll be notified of this as well.
 
Some notes:
  • You can refund multiple times before a reservation is cancelled.
  • You can’t refund again after you cancel a reservation. If you do need to though, please submit a help ticket by emailing us at support@roverpass.com and we’ll take care of the issue.
  • You can refund a reservation even if we’ve sent your payout. This will create a negative charge on your RoverPass balance. The negative balance works itself out as we send you more reservations.
 
How to Cancel with No Refund
 
Step 1: Go to the reservation you need to refund or cancel and click on the Refund/Cancel button.


Step 2: Click the red button at the top right, "Cancel Without Refund"
 
 
The reservation is cancelled and the guest receives an email and text alert confirming the cancellation.
